  19. You can run some versions of zmodem (early rz/sz) from within
  20. Ckermit.  But, if you carefully tune Ckermit, it will do as well
  21. as zmodem and offer much, much more functionality.  Various
  22. flavors of zmodem for unix and Ckermit for UNIX are to be found
  23. on kuso.shef.ac.uk.
